I cannot say better things about this practice! From the front staff, to the assistants and Dr. Olsen!! She was thorough and so understanding and helpful with our Howie! Not to mention they were so great with my toddler too!!!! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
We have three cats that I bring here; two that we moved back with and a third that we rescued in town. I haven't had any issues with being fit into their schedule, being over- or upcharged, the staff are great and the doctor seems to know his stuff (inasmuch as I'm qualified to judge a doctor). They're the only vet I've used in Augusta, but they've also not given me a reason to check out any others, either.
Our wait was a little long, but overall the visit went well.
The wait time in the exam room was rather long before the doctor came in. Someone should have checked in on us and assured us that he was coming and told us he was busy, the.only vet there, etc. I felt like we were ignored and forgotten about.
I use Highland Animal Hospital for my pet care. All of the veterinarians are knowledgeable, compassionate, and caring. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable as well. Highland is also affordable, and that really matters when you have a multi-pet home. I would recommend them to anyone looking for veterinary care for their fur babies.
