We were in a real bind. We were going to host my family reunion in a week and we still had some finish up work to do in our sun room. We were given Phil Howard s name with a very strong recommendation. Phil came in at the last minute and finished up the work for us. We were so grateful. Even though this was a small job, we were so impressed with Phil and his work, that we will call on him again when we start the next stage of our construction project.

Phil is a joy to work with because he has such a wry sense of humor. More importantly, he does great work. He follows through on what he says he will do. He leaves a clean work area which is something Ive never experienced with other persons working in my home. He worked in my home entirely without my presence and I felt very comfortable with this situation, even with my pets in the house. Use Phils services. Youll be glad you did!

Phil has added new Trex decks with stairs on three sides of our house. He has also painted the multi-level exterior. Recently, he returned to repair water damage caused by a recent storm. He is meticulous, honest, punctual, professional and personable. We trust his work and will call him again the next time we need renovation, painting or repair work done on our mult-level house.
