Things seemed to start out ok, as Phil was there at the start. To "seal the deal", he told us that he would "personally handle the sale of our home". Reassuring indeed. After signing the contract, he handed our property off to one of his associates. A month later, I spoke with him via telephone, and asked why he misled us.
