I bought a home that was listed by this individual. It was a terrible transaction because he wasn’t answering questions and relaying messages with my realtor. Fast forward 9 years later and I’m considering to buy another house listed by this guy(just my luck)and guess what? He’s not answering questions from my Realtor about the property. Consider this before you list with this individual. You may never know if someone is trying to buy YOUR house!

Things seemed to start out ok, as Phil was there at the start. To "seal the deal", he told us that he would "personally handle the sale of our home". Reassuring indeed. After signing the contract, he handed our property off to one of his associates. A month later, I spoke with him via telephone, and asked why he misled us.
