If character and integrity are measured by how one treats “the little people”, then Phil Herman has zero of either. I would sooner sell my house on my own and take my chances than ever put a dime in the pocket of that arrogant, condescending and rude “man”. His negative reputation is well earned.

I do not live in this realtor's service area, my home has never been on the MLS, but have received 2 scammy-sounding voicemails from him and his office at the ReMax in Dayton OH in the last 2 hours. I've blocked the number now, but based on this experience I would never use this realtor if I lived in his area.
WARNING this realtor is very deceptive and make sure you don’t get the yellow copies from Phil Herman. Make sure all the numbers are on your copy of the contract, not just the percentage of the commission. Very DECEPTIVE Practices from this realtor Phil Herman and his partner Brian Smith.
