I've been with Phil Goodge for 12 or 13 years now. For the first 11 or so I received unbelievable service from them. Unfortunately its gone bad fast over the last year or so and at this point is beyond disappointing. I spoke with Monica and she was full of information and answers for all of questions I had about a life insurance policy I was looking for a quote for my father in law. A cracked windshield set me on a small journey, from getting a replacement, going in to State Farm with my replacement paper giving the information that it was done. Isabel noticed that I had not had the recalibration done on the windshield. I was under the impression that all it monitored was the auto setting of the windshield wipers on a rainy day.
