I bought a new Yaris Cross Hybrid and Michael Cosgrave was an extremely helpful salesman throughout the whole process and especially when the car arrived. I appreciated his patience in familiarizing me with how things work.
If they had less than 1 star I’d leave it. One of the most bizarre and poor customer service experiences I’ve seen in any industry. Turned up with a vet prescriptive ask for my mum. Same model as she currently has but the most recent one. Salesperson proceeded to show us to the “new” vehicle for it to be the one my mum already owns. As odd as this was, we proceeded only to have the bare minimum service. Was quoted a price that I could and did have off the internet before going there.
