Good. I would expect more details care. There was confusion about technical specifications of the car from beginning to end. Sales are very eager to maximise value not customer care or listing expectations.

Extremely disappointing experience with this Toyota dealership. The lack of professionalism, communication and respect for customers’ time is simply unacceptable. I brought my car in for a service today and was specifically told that it would be ready by 12:00 pm. I planned my entire day around that time. However, when I finally collected the car, it was almost 2:00 pm — with no proper update or explanation. I tried to get an update, but getting a response from the service team was almost impossible.
