Completely botched appraisal and charged $450. Missed square footage of house by 300 feet, marked Moweaqua as urban, compared houses over thirty minutes away, with one quarter of the yard. Had to explain four times why he was doing an appraisal. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT HIRE this incompetent individual to do an appraisal for you. I would definitely do zero stars if I could.

Worst service I’ve ever had. Messed up my appraisal causing issues with a refinance. After numerous calls about the problems he offered a full refund which I never received. I have a fully finished, drywalled, heated, air conditioned basement with a full bath that his appraisal shows as unfinished. Have 2 outbuildings with concrete floors and power and a 1 car garage that aren’t on the appraisal that he claims “wouldnt add any value even if they were included”.
