Very bad appraiser who picked many tiny defect and imperfects from the old house he did appraisal. Cause seller and buyer much money and delayed closing. Even worse was after fixed the things he ordered and He picked up more new things required to fix in his re-checking. He is not an appraiser, but a small defect inspector and picker. You definitely want him to do appraisal for a house if you are going to buy or sell.
Absolutely horrible appraiser!!!! Not up to date with the current market. Ask to use someone else. And has the worst customer service I’ve seen.
