Removal of amalgam fillings and crown. I spent many hours in the dental chair, and many weeks before the correct crown was delivered. Original crown didn't fit right. After three hours of trying to make it fit, he sent it back for a redo. I was crying in the chair and both the dentist and his assistant acted like it hurt them more than it hurt me. Their insensitivity was astounding. I've had on-going pain with that tooth after two years and am afraid to go back to any dentist.
