Muriel D Phil installed a kitchen faucet for me and charged $407.34. It leaked and water damaged my paneling in the basement and the carpet looks filthy. He had to come over just the other day to tighten the faucet and told me to call my insurance company for the damage. He would not give me his insurance information. He said he forgot who his insurance company was. Now the faucet needs to be tightened up again just two days after he just did it. What a mess I am in.
Simply Awful!! Called Phil to fix a leak under my sink. He spent less than 20 minutes and charged me close to $200. Within a few days the pipe was leaking again. Phil came back and once again claimed to have fixed it. The pipe still continues to leak (flooding my cabinet) and Phil does not return my phone calls. He should spend less time bragging how great he is and more time doing the job right!
At last, a reliable plumber I first met Phil C. when I required an emergency service (flooded basement) on a weekend several years ago He came within an hour, quickly assessed the problem, had equipment to remove several inches of water and helped in a variety of ways. He was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to do business with. My initial impressions were confirmed over the years as I used him for various plumbing problems and recommended him to friends and neighbors.
