If I could give 1 star, I would. Phil Carloni has no idea what he is doing. He promised to sell my house and asked way over what it is worth and it sat on the market for months. We had a couple of offers that fell through because he did not vet them properly. Phil Carloni is a weasel. BEWARE!
There are many reasons why I chose Phil to sell my home which was challenging in a winter market. He is an experienced professional and very creative in marketing His focus is on successful results which he achieves due to his passion in his field and his dedication to his clients. Do not hesitate to contact Phil for any real estate needs ,he is indeed a pleasure to work with.
