i had a great experience buying my first car at phil bachman. the staff was very nice and extremely knowledgeable about the car. The entire process was smooth and i was never pressured into anything. They made sure i felt comfortable in the car and that i knew it inside and out. They also worked very hard to get my payments where i wanted them. If in the future i get another car i will most definitely go here again.

drive it off the lot & don't expect any help if there's a problem! – We bought a used truck, only 5 years old, and we noticed the brakes would squeak when we test drove. My husband asked about it, and our salesman told us they would fix that, "oh yeah, we'll take care of," said the salesman. He said we'll put new pads on it, and that should take care of it.
