Ryann was so amazing! We met on three separate occasion, once for my wedding hair trail, for the wedding day and a few days after the wedding to chop it all off! Ryann was patient with me while I was trying to describe what I wanted, she also gave me ideas to figure out exactly what I wanted! My hair for the wedding was an updo, it was gorgeous and held all night! She cut off all my hair and have it back to me so I can donate it to someone in need. Excellent. I adore Lindsey, who cuts my hair. She did a great job. She did exactly what I asked for color and cut and was super entertaining to boot :)
My over all experience was fantastic! The staff was genuine, knowledgable, and helpful. The second I walked through the doors I felt welcomed. Jason was my stylist and I couldn't be more impressed with him. He walked me through the whole process of cutting my hair and coloring it and let me add I love my hair! I am coming back again and hope that this will now become my home salon!
I am always scared to have my eyebrows done by a new person. Although I've been a Phia Salon customer for about a year now, I had never been seen by Sabrina. She did a wonderful job with my eyebrows and I am very happy
I had a great time with my stylist. I came in with a very broad idea of what I wanted to do. She just took it and ran, and it turned out amazing!
Sarah was excellent! She really listened and understood exactly what I wanted. She was very informative and taught me some great techniques on my own hair. I will definitely go back to her again!
The hostess was on the phone when I walked in so understandable that she could not greet me. However, no one else did either. There was another stylist who greeted his client/s the moment they walked in the door, although I had been standing there for a couple of minutes. It would have been more professional of him to at least greet me since the hostess was busy. My stylist was just coming in for the day, as I was her first appointment. I have never had a bad experience at Phia, nor experienced significant difficulty scheduling. I've had my hair colored here around 10 times, and I've never been disappointed.
This was a great experience and I would reccomend this salon to anyone. At first some peoples styles might not match others but everyone is super nice and its a great place
