the crew they sent were terrible, stomped all over my plants, broke outdoor lights, damaged all my rain gutters, still waiting for them to replace gutters. Did not do everything they said they would do, knocked off my roof vent caps also. terrible job.
Fantastic work and very easy to do business with.
The main problem here is that Jeff, Tony and all their employees DO NOT KNOW HOW TO RUN A BUSINESS! They have absolutely NO follow-up skills and in fact, THEY WILL NOT RETURN A PHONE CALL AFTER INSTALLATION! I am almost at the point of filing a small claims court lawsuit against them, as they put a new TPO roof on my house in April 2024, rain blew in during the 2 hurricanes. Called them at least 15 times, but THEY NEVER CALL BACK FOR ANY REASON. Still waiting for sheetrock repair, probably $2-3,000 by now. Jeff is a very nic... read more
If you need a new roof look no further. Jeff and the staff are outstanding. Came and looked at my roof which had solar panels no problem they professionally removed them and did an expert job installing shingles and repairing and replacing my flat roofs as well. Everyone from the guy who brings the trailer for the roof removal to the crew and then the owner were outstanding. I highly recommend Duralast roofing and solar for all your solar and roofing needs
Excellent customer service and a steward to his community. Did not hesitate in assisting us after the hurricane. Allowed peace of mind with his generosity.
