Last week my a/c went out in this heat. I have 2 elderly parents who live with me on oxygen so they can't be in the heat for to long without issues. I called them around 2 pm they sent someone out by 330pm that day. He got us diagnosed and up and running immediately. Very efficient work and happy with Justin who came out that day! I will continue to use them in the future. They did have to order a part but he got it running until the part came in and communication was on point and so was pricing.
Chris with PHI handled our difficult A/C situation very professionally. At first, it was a mystery, but Chris took his time to uncover several underlying issues.
