PHI Decks was able to meet our specific size and details for the pergola we wanted. From the initial discovery meeting to the final installation, Patrick, their PM, communicated well with us on all aspects of the job. Peter and Alex, did a great job on the installation. We are just finishing up a 3-season porch/deck addition with PHI in Plymouth and have had a wonderful experience. From the start, Patrick with sales/design was incredibly helpful in bringing our (very specific) vision to life and was so friendly and patient through multiple plan iterations. PHI Decks was wonderful to work with. They made the process simple and seamless. From the sales process to making selections for our deck materials to construction, everything was done professionally. Jake and his crew were very friendly and always made time to answer any questions we had. We are very happy with the final result
Great experience with Phi Decks. Good support during the sales process, and their showroom was helpful in making decisions. They were flexible in a complex build and helped us time out work with other parties for a concrete patio pour. And when they started the deck work, the craftsmanship was excellent - rock solid, well thought out, and beautiful result. Highly recommend!
