The day of service was great. But trying to get ahold of literally anyone for billing questions or to even make a payments is impossible. The most service I have even had with a medical bill. At this point I’d be better off dealing with a collect agency. It should be illegal to be that hard to get a hold of when they can just send this debt to collections whenever they feel like it.
