My gratitude for there services is great medical team and pilot took care of my daughter after a car accident and there treatment to her was wonderful.. But the billing department completely miss handled my daughter bill ...they put the bill in her name (a minor ) which is illegal they also sent the bill to an address which we didn't live and I only found out about this 2 yrs later...she is also a medi-cal recipient and therefore it is also illegal to bill direct a medi-call recipient . I have been flow with my son twice by Phi Air. If your child is air transported, it’s one of the worst days of your life and each time, it felt as though I were interacting with angels. Every single person from the Phi Air Team, the pilot (I believe his name is Jim but I hate to be mistaken!), the Davids, nurse Danielle and Kevin.
