Not satisfied with PHH mortgage. They do not apply the additional principal sent. They want additional insurance (my other mortgage company does not do that). On the phone the representatives typically do not know anything - they always want to mail you an answer (really, mail? in paper?).
Set up auto pay for 1st of each month. Payment not taken out after 3 days. Called them, they replied it will come out after 4 days. Account now shows 3 days behind. Tis finance company is run by people acting idiotic intentionally. Canged the payment back to manual pay.
The worst company ever.. all there reps are the worst and from India. they don't document anything
This company is a fraud. You can never speak to anyone. They are running a scam on the side by billing you for hazard insurance coverage.
