Had this mortgage co. years ago and they were terrible to work with. FYI file a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. It is the bureau that governs all mortgage and banking institutions and makes sure they are following the rules and laws that that are set up to protect the consumer. They will fix it then!!!
By far the worst company we have ever encountered with. They have terrible communication skills. They messed up are property taxes then said they were going to pay for it since it was their mistake and ended up taking it out of our escrow account and making our escrow account negative without telling us then it made our mortgage payment go up by $500 a month. Now we sold our house and have been having nothing but problems with them to get our loan zeroed out and nobody’s getting back to us on anything and they’re still tryin... read more
WORST MORTGAGE COMPANY EVER THEY GOT OUR PROPERTY TAXES WRONG AND NOW WANT TO TRIPLE MY MORTGAGE PAYMENT IT HAS BEEN 2 MONTHS AND STILL NOT FIXED, WE EVEN CONFERENCED THEM IN WITH OUR VILLAGE CLERK WHO GAVE THEM THE CORRECT TAXES THAT WAS A MONTH AGO STILL NOT FIXED NO CALL BACKS EVER!!!!
