Parents if you have kids in this facility get them out now! They are injected with medications to sedate them so they sleep all day. They are like zombies! There are feces on the walls, you sleep on the ground on dirty beds, people scream all hours and you’re denied access to basic human rights. I couldn’t brush my teeth for 3 days! HORRIBLE FACILITY! This place should definitely be under investigation. The staff is horrible. They treat everyone like pieces of crap. They are very rude. Don't let you speak at all not even the parents. They're not easy to get a hold of and when I was last there, they started injecting people and then they went missing. Something is going on at this facility and it needs to be uncovered.
As a parent I think this place should be under investigation call ten times to get anyone on the phone the staff is rude non-transparent visits can be cancelled with no notice even if it nothing to do with your kid how are they supposed to help kids without the parents being involved meds help but it’s not the answer to everything counseling understanding and commuication with children and parents so important knowing your child’s needs so when they are home it not right back to the same thing but to put them in a crazy plac... read more
Worse place ever don’t go here they don’t follow ur food restrictions and the staff and patient touched me will i was in my room and I got really sick and they did not give me any medicine or sent me to the hospital I couldn’t walk every time I would try and talk to the nurses they would ignore me and walk away saying there of patients when I clearly needed help i had a fever of 103.6 and freezing and they did not give me any blankets saying that the cold will make me feel better I atleast wanted water they bring me one smal... read more
My fiancé was taken based off of false accusations. Continuously lied to and misled about her release date. And the staff offered no solutions. This place facilitated a legal kidnapping of my loved one and had nothing to say other than there is only one singular individual with the power to release her. Who just so happens to be out of the office on weekends.
