PCC came to my house this spring to clean our carpets before we moved in. The owner’s attitude, knowledge and effort shined through. He was friendly, fast and thorough. I have never had my carpets professionally done before, however next time I do, I know who I am calling!
Great service!!! HIGHLY recommend! Stephen is so nice and definitely takes pride in his work! He was punctual, efficient, and made sure to answer any questions I had! I will definitely call him again!
Steve was truly a blessing to work with. We had just purchased the home and were having our vents cleaned the same day and they showed up early. Steve took the time to reschedule our appointment as it would be best to have the carpets cleaned after the vents incase any debris settled in the carpet. He took the time to explain to us why. Stephen did an excellent job for us and removes some stubborn stains from our carpet. We were going to replace it but it looks like new so we don't have to do that! Stephanie was professional, kind and works quickly. We will definitely call him again!
Steve did a wonderful job! Cleaned 7-8 areas including stairs and did a urine treatment for my senior dog who was having accidents. He paid attention to detail with things like moving a plant to not knock it over. You can tell he’s been doing this a while and is good at what he does. He was efficient, did a great job and it dried well in the 6-8 hours he said it would. Took a picture of the progress in the worst room and will share here.
