Stephen did an excellent job for us and removes some stubborn stains from our carpet. We were going to replace it but it looks like new so we don't have to do that! Stephanie was professional, kind and works quickly. We will definitely call him again!
Steve did a wonderful job! Cleaned 7-8 areas including stairs and did a urine treatment for my senior dog who was having accidents. He paid attention to detail with things like moving a plant to not knock it over. You can tell he’s been doing this a while and is good at what he does. He was efficient, did a great job and it dried well in the 6-8 hours he said it would. Took a picture of the progress in the worst room and will share here.
Stephen is amazing! I can't recommend him enough. I can be picky and he far exceeded my expectations. I had my living room and stairs cleaned last week. He walked me through the process and then we reviewed expectations. He explained what he could fix and what he couldn't...and why. This was very helpful to hear. Stephen was right on time, professional, friendly, and you could tell he loved and took pride in his work. The results are terrific. I would definitely recommend this company.
