I recently had my hair washed, conditioned, and trimmed with beautiful products that smell great and a wonderful company. I love the place and will definitely return.
I've been going to Irma's Hair Designs (Suite 120) for more than 15 years and she always does a fantastic job! I highly recommend both Irma and Phenix Salon Suites of Oswego!
