I went in to Irma Navarros Suite 120. While Charming, non the less profesional, her suite was welcoming and spotless. Communicating my wants and expectations for my very resistant hair, Irma understood exactly what I wanted. She exceeded my expectations and will be highly recommend. I’ve been getting my hair cut by Irma Navarro at Phoenix Suites in Oswego, and I won’t go to anyone else. I get a men’s haircut with a fade, and she absolutely nails it every single time. The fade is always clean, blended perfectly, and exactly how I ask for it. What really stands out is her attention to detail and consistency.
