AVOID NC Laser Skin & Wellness at all costs! Merchant was over 15+ minutes late with no notification, I had to leave to go to my job on time after waiting for her. I check out the reviews and it turns out there are 4+ years of evidence where the merchant is considerably late, doesn't show up at all, and/or doesn't communicate at all prior during or after customer appointment times. Very disappointed, my girlfriend called and the first thing they asked was "Are you black?" My is white, and she said, "No" and then they said. I'm sorry we only take care black people in this salon. It was very sad, and it makes no sense for me. My girlfriend got so sad because she didn't think that still in 2023 you can still see racist people

I’ve been coming here for years since I love my stylist. However, the hallways and bathroom are looking dingy and horribly rundown - desperately needs a new coat of paint with repairs!
