I would not recommend leasing a suite here based on my experience. When I took possession of my suite, it was not move-in ready. The furniture was old, worn, and rusted. The shampoo chair had visible rust, and the suite itself was dirty. There were holes in the walls, and the air vent was packed with dust, making it obvious that the space had not been properly cleaned or maintained before being given to a new tenant.
