Unfortunately I had a really bad hair cut by Nikki Howell @hairlovellc at Phenix. She put huge holes and unblended layers in my hair which I had been growing out forever. The longest bottom layer is so thin and the layers she cut bounce up half way, like a short haircut ontop of a long one (no gradual blending). She offered to fix it but since she had already hacked it there was nothing she could do to make it better and the cut was so bad I didnt want her touching my hair again.
