Wow...just learned that I cannot be seen by Dr. Ellis until June! Dr. Ellis has been my family physician for several years, however because I do not get ill regularly, I am no longer considered a viable patient. My status has been changed to "new patient". I do not apologize for being a relatively healthy 50+ year old male. But when my body requires medical attention - especially from a physician that my family trusted - I have to locate a new family physician. On multiple occasions I have been advised that referrals would be made and they never were. I have been told twice that medication was to be called into my pharmacy but never was. The staff is friendly however the follow through is not reliable and when I called the office they have no record of the referrals or medications.
