Good atmosphere 👌 controlled
No one answers or calls back when calling to book an appointment for ultrasound and x-rays. I have called for 2 days in a row, multiple times each day with no answer and also no call back after leaving multiple messages with contact details each time. Terribly dysfunctional clinic from the start.
They never answer the phone or respond to voicemails. Extremely unprofessional. If they improved their communication I would say otherwise it's a great facility.
My physician sent a request for ultrasound. I followed up with several phone calls and never received call back. I booked ultrasound at another clinic where they actually answer the phone and treat people with respect. To this day, I have not heard from them (2weeks).
Receptionists are kind, knowledgeable, patient.
