was a bit tentative when i went in for appointment as previous ultra sound tests had been a bit messy from the gel used, cramped space... This experience on Monday March 6, 2026 8 am was exceptional. Reception neat, clean. Receptionist welcoming. Wait quite short, technician polite, professionally efficient, clear with requests, offered assistance to shift [77 years old, both hips replacements], showed care, did not over use gel - towels provided more than adequate, did not get on my clothing. I had an excellent experience at this clinic after having to come here when the first clinic I tried did not have their xray tech present. The receptionist was exceptionally patient with clients that needed extra care and kept her cool with a very rude patient. The wait time was shorter than the hour I was quoted. The technicians were professional and very clear in their instructions —it was such a fast xray. The waiting room also had free hot chocolate/coffee/cappuccino etc. pretty awesome place for a walk-in imaging clinic
