CUSTOMER VERY PLEASED WITH THE CARPET
I am very disappointed in Phenix Flooring. I filed a claim with Lowe’s in Florence Kentucky due to my carpet looking terrible. It’s under warranty remind you. So first the claims department won’t talk to me. Everything has to go through Lowe’s. That’s fine! So i send Lowe’s pictures and receipts of carpet cleanings. About two weeks later they send out Bob, owner of All Flooring Inspections. Bob showed up and seemed like a never nice “honest” guy. I showed him all of the trouble areas.
