What an amazing caring group of people! I walked in that morning with my dog breaking out in hives and vomiting all night long. I was exhaused! Money was there but it was tight, too tight for a vet emergency that's for sure! But from the moment I walked in the young lady at the desk had the sweetest attitude, she actually cared. The folks at this animal hospital are the best I've dealt with in many years! When our pet was in need they stepped up and adapted to the issues at hand rather than saying no like most others. I highly recommend this vet to anyone looking for an experience that is more personalized and in depth with your pet being the main focus and without being rushed!
Dr. Dallas Mitchell and his father, Dr. Alfred Mitchell, are blessings. My foster pup, Enzo, had non stop diarrhea on a Saturday and the majority of vet clinics were either closed or booked that day. However, when I called Phenix Animal Hospital, I was informed that I was allowed to do a walk-in between certain hours.
