Unfortunately, the great service I had prevoiusly experienced is no longer. A few years ago I had worked with Phen Jewelers on a multi piece custom project which turned out very nice. However, when we decided to do another similiar project, the difference being several more peices, I have had to call multiple times, stopped by during posted business hours with the door locked and still have not gotten the finished products. They have had my order (and materials) for more than 16 months.
Beautiful work, unbeatable price, and a really fast turnaround time. I'll be back!
My husband had my custom engagement ring made here. Michael had so much patience and was so knowledgeable. It was such a beautiful surprise. 5 years later and I still get stranger saying, “WOW!! That ring! It’s gorgeous!!”
I had two rings resized perfectly. One is a wedding band with an intricate pattern that is nearly impossible to tell where the repair was made. Excellent work at a fair price.
