Absolutely the worst company I ever had to deal with. Talk to them about getting propane and “they” send a credit app. That came from a unknown email and was fraud. Then they were gonna deliver tanks 2 weeks later. Two weeks later came and no tanks, no call back saying something was wrong and didn’t have said credit app. To find out they don’t even know who sent the credit app with the company header on it. Trash people. Trash place. Trash business

So I called to set up an appt. and they were two hours past the time window and I had to leave. Never received a call back to schedule a new date. Then out of nowhere, an invoice shows up in my email. They told us I had to be home for the service call so how did that happen and why wasn't I notified? After seeing the comments I see that I am dealing with a shady company and have to be VERY careful.

We had a air conditioner problem, the gentleman that came to fix it was very polite, informational, and got the job done quickly even though he had to come back. Glad to have it working again!
