I was hired on may 27 and recently asked for a day off and scheduled it off two weeks in advance and even told the lady that hired me that I have a second job but they always wanted me to work extra hours, trying to get me to get fired or to leave my other job for it,and when I came back in ,they the dispatcher say that my post was overbooked and found out later on they give to the lady who cover post after me but she recently just had got a car ,she had been drop off by Lyft or Uber,and calling in,but i never called in,and ... read more
My experience with Phelps was good. I spent 7 years with the Company, I moved up from Site Supervisor to Field Commander. The only issue I ever had was that, Phelps didn't see the potential in Officers, especially in my case therefore, I moved on to a position elsewhere in what I tried to get Phelps to recognize. However, wonderful company, owner's are fair and pay is good. If I could go back? I would.
