I bought my house from Marge Phelps. She was just terrific to work with. The owners were total jerks and it was a sellers market. Marge went over and beyond the call of duty, paid for house cleaning, windows to be cleaned and serviced the dirty hot tub they left behind. Everything was sparkling clean when all was said and done. Thank you Marge you really were fabulous.

Gia Pirelli and staff at Phelps were absolutely amazing to work with. Gia was on top of everything- never a stone unturned. She and staff, when questions arose, retrieved answers immediately. Gia worked with us diligently- following every possible lead, conducting open houses, always thinking outside of the box. Our sale and closing went very smoothly, especially efficient since we live out of state. Not only did Gia sell our home but she also is now a dear trusted friend. Phelps comes highly recommended.
