Dr. Phelps helped my daughter with an implant to replace a tooth that refused to drop into place. He and his assistant are clear, thorough, and totally professional. Just as important, each is a kind person with a healthy sense of humor, much needed in the dental world, in my opinion. We've received sloppy orthodontic and dental procedures elsewhere, but not here! He's a gem.
