They talking about managing my pain but they have taken me off medication that helps me with my severe pain. Since I’ve been to this hospital I’ve gotten worst. As a patient who has been here for three weeks, I highly don’t recommend this hospital!!
Very disappointed at this hospital. I use to love Phelps since my first time with them was 2023. Took really good care of me and the staff was awesome. Now I went last Sunday and felt like I was ignored. Told I might have Pneumonia but ended up negative. The Doctor on duty was about to discharge me, and I was like so are we going to ignore that fact I also do have MS and I might be experiencing a flare or Pseudo-Exacerbation? I had a very disappointing and concerning experience at Phelps Hospital. While waiting in the ER, there was a technician stationed right outside our room who was on FaceTime with a friend, talking about her night out for an entirety of 3 hours. During this, a nurse asked her for help assisting a patient to the bathroom who they were nervous was having a stroke, (great guy it’s his anniversary today) and she ignored the request.
