Found out we were charged 300% above the cost of parts and labor was more than double of other companies in the area. Front office was extremely rude, one emphasized she was the mayors daughter and did not need our busines

If I could put zero, I absolutely would. Had our system serviced on June 3rd, was told by this company that it was "perfect". On the 19th, the entire system went out, leaving my 3 children without AC. Called another company because it was a weekend, found out it was a long time problem that should have been caught during the service. $4900 problem that should have been caught weeks ago. Called to complain, got hung up on twice. Classy.

We had issues with our heat pump right as the snow/ice storm started. Called Phelps and they sent someone that night. They got us up and running. They discussed our options and we decided to get a new system instead of patching the old one. Phelps were great to work with. They are pleasant, polite, informative about the systems. They checked on us to see if we needed anything while waiting on the new system. I highly recommend Phelps Heating & Cooling for your HVAC needs.

Bad, bad, bad. The first guy that came didn't get the diagnosis correct for the real issue. Then when he came back to fix what he thought it was he crossed wires wrong and blew up the computer panel. That part had to be ordered and its getting cold outside 😒. He came back found another issue that cost WAY more then what they first thought it was. After going without heat for a few weeks until that part came in (only a fireplace) he came back and said it was the wrong part and he was going to have to contact the distributor ... read more
