We had issues with our heat pump right as the snow/ice storm started. Called Phelps and they sent someone that night. They got us up and running. They discussed our options and we decided to get a new system instead of patching the old one. Phelps were great to work with. They are pleasant, polite, informative about the systems. They checked on us to see if we needed anything while waiting on the new system. I highly recommend Phelps Heating & Cooling for your HVAC needs.
Bad, bad, bad. The first guy that came didn't get the diagnosis correct for the real issue. Then when he came back to fix what he thought it was he crossed wires wrong and blew up the computer panel. That part had to be ordered and its getting cold outside 😒. He came back found another issue that cost WAY more then what they first thought it was. My grandmother had her AC diagnosed almost a month ago now and they keep giving her the run around and just saying the part is “in route” yet doesn’t have a tracking number. Not sure how they do not have a tracking number for an item “in route” and I don’t believe that. The only thing I am believing is that someone dropped the ball somewhere and this kind of customer service is unacceptable. Needed a new thermostat installed. We have an older unit. Two men came to our house to replace thermostat. Neither seemed to know what they were doing. They tried calling for assistance and could not get ahold of anyone. I called the main office and they had someone call the men at my house. Nothing was explained to my husband and neither of the workers seemed to know what they were doing.
