One word only pleasant
The radiology n imagery dept is perfection. Educated in equipment n patient made me feel 100% safe. Extremely clean environment also the star of the mri is Nancy. She is the perfect example of what a radiology nurse ..or any nurse at all should be. She could teach a class on bedside manners n u can't find that too often any more!
I Am so pleased with Phelps health in waynesville, everyone there are so kind, I have a lot of pain, but their kindness takes my mind off the pain during visits, how awesome is that?
Katie Allen makes me feel heard as a patient. She's very thorough and takes her time to address every concern or question I have with thoughtful care. Best provider in the area hands down.
