I am updating my review because my recent experience was very disappointing. I felt dismissed every time I raised concerns about my 2017 Chevy Malibu. Instead of taking my concerns seriously, I was repeatedly told the car was “fine” despite it continuing to have issues from a stop. I also requested a transmission fluid service and was told they would not perform it. During a previous visit, my dash camera was unplugged and never reconnected.
