Dr Phelan performed a c section on me in 2011 when I didn’t need one. My primary and next obgyn questioned me about why did this take place, because I didn’t need it. It still bothers me to this day that they indeed took advantage of me. But now I know how to advocate for myself and others!! Please don’t be afraid to ask questions!!!
He delivered my rainbow baby. I had two older daughters and lost 3 and he knew I was scared of losing this one. He was so patient and explained everything. My baby is now 8 years old. I love him and his staff.
