Gives the ol bait and switch on pricing. They changed the pricing when I arrived for my appointment and said it would be against the law for them to honor the pricing they gave me over the phone. Jorge the office manager doesn’t have a clue what he’s doing and is going to set the office up for a lawsuit. Dr. Phelan appears to be a good doctor and is personable but I won’t be back. Just a great place, when I walked through the door for the first time. Everybody was so attentive to my needs, and concerns. I highly recommend it to anyone.
