These townhomes appear nice and have a lot of space, but beware. We have had continuous issues with our basement flooding, to date it has flooded 4 TIMES and ruined many of our items. When we talked to management, they put us on the back burner and did not come out to clean up the multiple inches of standing water until we harassed them multiple times. At first Pheasant Run seemed like a great place to live. Everyone was very friendly at the front office, until we switched to a different town home in the complex. Apparently their "Pet Friendly" policy only exists if you do not live next to what they refer to as a "long time resident". Without any warning at all we received an eviction notice on our door.
