RecommendedPheasant Run has by far been the best apartment living experience I have ever had. They always are friendly and helpful. Any time I have had a question, issue, or favor it has been resolved instantly or same day. The grounds are beautiful, the pool is clean and refreshing, the apartment is spacious and affordable. The staff are very nice and apartments are very clean. Lisa (the manager) will do all she can to assist you in case you need any help.

The apartments are nice, clean and pretty warm in the winter. All people they are working here are really friendly and always helpful. 👍🏼
Was a decent enough place to live even with the rent hike. But now they are trying to change the terms of my lease agreement by making the entire property (complex and all) non-smoking. I usually smoke on my outdoor balcony even though, in my lease, I am permitted to smoke indoors. Now they threaten a $50 fine for smoking anywhere on the property. Even outdoor areas like say, next to the dumpster. I'm not going to sign any such agreement, but I am definitely not happy about these scare tactics. They can draw it up on my next... read more

I love my apartment! It's nice and sunny and spacious. Yes, it's a bit older but the management is great. They are always professional and helpful. It's very easy to pay rent through the app, they send reminders too. They have events to celebrate us, the residents. The great room is beautiful and a wonderful spot for parties. They keep it clean and the grounds maintained. All and all I'm very happy to be here, especially in the winter when heat is included :) and I don't have to worry about being cold.
