i tried to come to office/clubhouse like i normally do & some rude corporate lady from CRES blocked me from coming inside asking why I was coming & told me office was closed. She was very rude and now we are no longer able to use clubhouse. Things has drastically changed ever since Kailee left..
Our air conditioner went out and maintenance was here in 10 minutes! They found the problem and quickly fixed it. Thanks so much guys! Update: I can't send another review so thought I'd update this one. Since CRES management took over and we have Kelcee and Ashanti in the office, communication has improved 100%. Over the last 5 months since my last review, they have resurfaced the parking lot, painted all of the buildings and have taken steps to keep the dumpster areas clear.
