Still have not gotten our mold, ants and spider problem situation resolved. We were told we’re were getting new windows to fix that issue however since getting new management it seems as if no one knows about the window replacements nor are going to do anything about it.
Jason is always on top of repairs. He prompt and proffessional. Lived the apartment life for many years. Pheasant run keeps things running well.
Our air conditioner went out and maintenance was here in 10 minutes! They found the problem and quickly fixed it. Thanks so much guys!
I have lived here for 3+ years. There have been about 5 Managers. Kailee, the current manager is exceptional. Thoughtful….. Most importantly, she listens. She is conscientious, empathetic, patient, and fair. Under her leadership, along with CresManagement, there has been significant changes. Great location and a pleasant place to live here. Great customer service and attentiveness. Great to have a property that works with the tenants.
