The property allows large dogs, but lacks proper waste disposal facilities, and office personnel frequently take extended breaks, rendering them unavailable. Furthermore, the office staff exhibits unprofessional and unaccommodating behavior.
Dont move here. There are better placas and placas actually worth the money.
I always say that there is no perfect place because things happen everywhere! I have lived here a little under a year and even though there was a problem that took place Kailey and her staff have been amazing helping me work out the situation and I’m eternal grateful! By far the one of the worst places I have lived. Get shown 2 different apartments and move in day get the keys to a random one. It wasn't even cleaned. Important documents left from the person before, a blender in the cabinet, cat liter with cat poop on one of the closet shelves. Brown spots all over the floor which I could only guess was cat waste after seeing the liter. Rent goes up almost 200 in a year, and they say it's current market value.
