Edited 3/4/25: Didn't think I would be doing this again but here we go. Property has somehow gotten worse which is crazy. They changed the payment portal so you can only pay rent when there is a balance on the account, so you can no longer pay in advance. With their whole comment of adding a late fee on the 6th day is crazy since we are on day 4 of the month and no balance has been added to the account. This is a nice and peaceful place to live. Miss Katty Johnson and the maintenance team are the best. So kind, and professional.
Living here for a year in a one bedroom with my boyfriend from March 2021 to March 2022 was amazing. Michelle was the on site manager at the time, with another woman who worked the front desk at the leasing office, but I can’t remember her name. They were both efficient, communicative, and friendly. From March of 2022 to May of 2024, we lived in Pheasant Run’s 2 bedroom 1.5 bath option. Pheasant Run is a great place to live and it is close to a lot of really good shops and restaurants and very close to a major highway I use to get to work!
