The community is quiet & super cleaned! The neighbors are very nice and im able to walk around without being concerned of not feeling safe. Office staff is amazing & respond to all of my questions in a timely matter. I love being a resident at the Pheasant Run!
I recently moved in August 2 to a studio apartment at Pheasant Run Apartments. So far so good knock on wood. My apartment is so nice and clean. It’s everything that I was looking for. The leasing staff are super friendly and helpful. Absolutely love talking to those ladies in the office. I haven’t had any maintenance issues, but I’m sure when it comes time they will be help. After reading the reviews about Pheasant Run recently, I'm glad I moved out of there 10 years ago. They haven't changed. Lack of good maintenance repairs, bed bugs, maintenance showing up unannounced, rude people in the office mostly, hearing everybody's tv's through the floors and walls, overly priced for reasons just stated. I'm glad I moved. All of Nashua is such a ripoff now for what you get and how you're treated.
It has been a great experience with Pheasant Run Apartments and special thanks to Bryana for coordinating all the things needed for my move-in to Pheasant run apartments. Rate it the best for so far.
