Been living here for 6 months after moving from another state. Our first apartment complex, and a very positive experience so far. Maintenance is quick to respond, very communicative and friendly. Apartment is in great shape, along with the entire complex/grounds. Absolutely recommend Pheasant Run!
Review of my Time at Pheasant Run Apartments Time at Pheasant Run: 5 years. Reason for leaving: Wanted a nicer apartment + package issue outlined below. TLDR Pheasant Run Apartments is a set of cheap apartments with a great management team. While there are several negative aspects in response to the quality of the apartment itself, its location and the flexibility of the management team ensure that the stay is ultimately a pleasant one. Well insulated, hot water is great, gentle neighbors, sufficient parking spaces, and good maintenance!
Cute apartment, spacious floor plan, quiet community, in a convenient location. Moving can be stressful, but Lyra was so kind and helpful making sure we had a smooth move-in process. Love it so far!
