I’m disappointed in how the property is cared for . I’m a resident in Clover Ridge , 585. We’ve been here 2 and half years and still have maintenance issues still not addressed or completed since my move in 2023. The hot or cold or freezing air comes in around the front door and the chewed weatherstripping has never been replaced. The new maintenance man discovered last month my hot water heater was running constantly and we received AEP ELECTRIC Bill for 434.00 for October .
