Do NOT rent from these theives!!! They charge $300 in random "fees" for absolutely NOTHING!! They call them "administrative" fees...for filling out your lease and sh*t, something they have to do anyway but now they want to charge $300 for it!!! No freaking way!!! Don't allow these companies to steal from you!!!

The new manager, Jennifer, is very unprofessional, and does not comply with landlord/tenant laws. Avoid this place if you don't want to deal with harassment by management, or get bogus notices. It's not worth the headache.
