I’ve had a great experience living at this apartment . The staff has always been friendly, and willing to help whenever I’ve had questions. One thing that really stands out is the maintenance team—they respond quickly to requests, communicate well, and do a great job fixing issues the first time. The property is clean, quiet, and well maintained, which makes it a comfortable place to live
I've had a great experience living here. The apartment is well managed, and the staff genuinely care about the residents. Donna, the apartment manager, is exceptional kind, approachable, and always willing to listen and offer helpful advice. She treats residents with genuine respect and care. Matthew, the maintenance technician, is outstanding. He responds quickly to maintenance requests and gets issues resolved promptly and professionally. Donna was an absolute angel to work with. She made moving in a breeze. So grateful for her help every step of the way.
I am giving 5 stars for the on-site manager and maintenance man. On-site manager, Donna, is a friendly, upfront, and fair manager. She is as accommodating as she can be within owner rules and restrictions. I have been here over 5 yrs, most of that time with Donna as manager. The previous manager wasn't real upfront so I'm thankful we have a good one now! Maintenance, Matt, is newer and very nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. Parking is horrible for guests. Structurally parking does not make sense.
