One of the best apartments to rent in! The pricing is good and the main office lady and maintenance man are very kind. I've rented all over spokane and hands down this has been the best experience I have had.
Do not ever rent here the maintenance man is a violent psychotic individual walked towards me in a threatening manner and the landlord is worse claims I committed crimes threatening me with being kicked out and calling the cops trespassers were on my property making a mess maintenance and the landlord claim it was me and want me to pay for damages there are a lot of criminal teenagers here don't ever rent here if you value your safety and being alive it is the most dangerous rental available and they lie and attempt to have ... read more
Not only is the maintenance man a creep, he’s blatantly racist. If you’re white, you can do anything to your car on the property from rebuilding it in your garage, to changing the oil without complaint. If you’re not white, have fun changing a tire in the garage without him accosting you. If you have a guest who’s not white, he’s also very rude. Have fun trying to get anything fixed, I’ve gone through 5 refrigerators since moving in, I’ve had mold growing out of my wall all the way down from the upstairs neighbors dishwasher... read more
