Only issue that I had was during the check in. The woman was rude and very sarcastic. When I noticed that my room didn't have any coffee she insisted that all rooms are supplied with coffee and I probably wasn't looking in the right place. Went back to the room 3 times before she finally gave me some coffee. And then she made a sarcastic remark about me really needing my coffee or something. The people above me walked very loudly and everything would shake on my walls, sounded like horses upstairs.
This was my first stay here and I was not disappointed! Condo like rooms with plenty of amenities. Plenty of games, indoor and outdoor pool, plus a hot tub and sauna. I will be back this fall.
